With nearly two decades of experience in disaster recovery and building science consultation, Brad Cassin has been instrumental in restoring and revitalizing communities across Florida. Since 2005, he has led disaster clean-up efforts post-hurricanes, managing crews state wide to ensure efficient restoration of both commercial and residential properties. Brad's expertise covers the full spectrum of the restoration process, from demolition to final renovations, always adhering to safety and regulatory standards. He has also coordinated the safe retrieval and restoration of valuable artwork from the Bahamas. As a building science consultant, Brad identifies and addresses design and construction flaws that could lead to structural or health issues, offering tailored solutions for improved indoor air quality (IAQ). His career in the insurance and property claims industry is marked by the successful adjustment of over 4,000 claims, spanning damages from wind, flood, fire, and more.

With over 15 years in the industry, Mike has demonstrated a commitment to his craft. He is experienced in the many facets of the trade, including service, installation, and ductwork for both residential and commercial applications. In 2009 he completed the HVAC certification program at Sheridan Technical College in Hollywood, FL and continues to put an emphasis on education. Following trends and networking with other professionals ensures he is current with industry. Receiving his contractors license in 2018 is a testament to his dedication and depth of knowledge. Mikes commitment to service and keeping the customers interest paramount are what truly set him apart. His pursuit of partnership opportunities with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity is one way he aims to give back to his community. He knows every situation is different and approaches problems with care and understanding.
